a) GMP DESIGN, VERSATILE
This Roller Compactor adopts double auger for product feeding, which preliminarily exhaust some residual air out. When product gets into compacting rollers, the vacuum suction unit exhausts residual air again. By doing this, the uniformity, density, dissolution, disintegration of the processed granule is greatly improved. Additionally, the suitability of machine is increased to fit for various product.
The improved core technology is a scientific and complete system, which ensures adequate and logic process and processing possibility of crystal water and sticking characteristics in some product. The auto control system could be optimized to fit for processing product of different characteristics.
All parts inside of granulation chamber are able to be disassembled and assembled very easily and conveniently, to raise the efficiency of cleaning, which is preferred by users.
b) RAPID AND EASY CLEANING
All stainless steel parts have smooth surface, can be rapidly and easily assembled/disassembled for cleaning or examination, without unnecessary worry about damage in the process.
c) AUTO CONTROL SYSTEM
The system provides the fittest process control and on-line optimization. The operator knows all parameters and running status of machine from the screen indication.
Control system includes following functions:

- Manual/Auto mode swap
- Various data limit entry
- Maintenance and calibration program
- Gap adjustment between rollers
- Report generator
- Alarm treatment
PLC can be designed according to special requirement. For example, independent ex-proof process control, or special voltage, etc.
d) VACUUM EXHAUST SYSTEM
In addition to control optimization, this machine could be designed to adopt multi auger exhausting and vacuum exhausting system, to fit for different product or specific process. In this way, it has better processing effect for special product, for example, low-density or heat-sensitive, etc.
e) THROUGH-THE-WALL DESIGN
This design avoids contact of machine part facing clean room with mechanical drive unit. The possibility of contamination is low. Additionally, the machine needs less space, and is easier to clean and maintain.
f) PRODUCT CIRCULATION SYSTEM
After granulation, if working with a sifter, you can sift out oversize or undersize granules. The unqualified (particle size too small or too big) product can be collected and recycled back for re-granulation again.
g) VACUUM FEEDING SYSTEM
Instead of manual way, it uses vacuum to transfer product from container to compactor.
h) TRANSIT FROM ONE CONTAINER TO ANOTHER
The product is transferred by vacuum to compactor and mill, and after that, be collected in container. This is a typical enclosed transferring process.

i) DRY MILLING SYSTEM
Usually, the product out of compactor needs to be milled and sifted to be even in particle size. According to user’s requirement, the sizing machine can be mounted on the compactor.
