Conical Calibrator is used to grind granules of big size into smaller ones in pharmaceutical industry.

WORKING PRINCIPAL

The product material falls into conical working chamber from feeding section. The rotating shovel makes the material spinning, the centrifugal force pushes granules to calibrating mesh. Because of shearing effect from high spinning shovel and mesh surface, the granules between shovel and mesh are smashed into small size granules, discharged through mesh. Calibrating granule size can be adjusted rapidly by mesh size, distance between shovel and mesh, rotating speed.
